today i went to stacks pancake house in paramus & i ate half a bowl of fruit [: i’m so proud of myself , OMG . i’m beyond happy . that’s all i’ve eaten so far and diet coke lol :D
i haven’t done that well yesterday and today but i’m so excited for weigh in on wednesday ! i’m doing better than i have ever . someone leave me some motivation in my ask box !
i weigh myself everyday but i’m only going to post weigh ins on sundays and wednesdays .
yesterdays weigh in is my starting weight ; 205.4 pounds D;
yesterday my friends took me to the mall and i had pasta , a milkshake , and an oatmeal cookie D;
well , today’s going to be a better day !
